Please RSVP for ITServe Chicago Chapter Members Picnic on Aug 26th 2018 (11:00 AM to 7:00 PM):

All ITServe Chicago Chapter Member Companies are invited to 2018 picnic with families. Please extend/forward this invitation to your employees & staff only. It is free for ITSERVE member family. 

Fee for each of guest adult is $15, for each guest child (Under 12) is $7 and the fee for a guest family is $40. ITServe Chapter Member Company is responsible for paying for their guests. Event is from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM that includes Lunch and snacks.

Activity highlights:

1K or 2K Runs - whoever is interested in participating in these runs give name/age to Samba Movva 

Music Live entertainment with Ravi Tokala.

Games for adults and kids and coordinated by Nageswari. 

Courts: Volleyball, Shuttle courts

Inflatables for kids to entertain.  

Family members/kids, employees, friends, and their families are all welcome.

Lunch & Snacks are provided. Full food items are shared in the link. 

Soft drinks for kids/spouses will be provided
