Event Title: First Monthly Chapter meeting of IT Serve Philadelphia Chapter - Update on ITServe Litigation plan to challenge unfair USCIS regulations and H1 RFEs

Event Information: IT Serve Philadelphia Chapter is pleased to invite you to our monthly meeting on Wednesday, June 6th 2018 in Bawarchi Restaurant in Newark, DE.  Attorney Bhanu Ilindra will be making a presentation on the following topics.

1. Preparing and filing H-1B Petitions after February 22, 2018 USCIS memo.
2. H-1B RFEs on right to control and Specialty occupation. How to deal with education equivalency issues of the H-1B beneficiaries, position description and tailoring job duties.
3. Form I-983 for STEM OPT students.  Consequences for STEM OPT students as per STEM OPT regulations. Can colleges play a role of USCIS to determine whether position offered qualified for STEM OPT?
4. Importance of filing law suit on these immigration issues.
